Plan the route before the appointment

London Coverage & Access Planning

ABC Cleaning London’s published service area is London and the M25. The actual appointment depends on the address, service and access, so share the postcode before assuming availability.

  • Check availability with the full postcode
  • Explain loading, parking and building entry
  • Describe stairs, lifts and carrying distances

Tell us the full postcode, service and preferred date. For managed properties, include the entry contact, loading entrance and any booking restrictions. Availability is confirmed for the address and work requested.

Across the capital

Use the map as a starting point, then give the address.

The business lists enquiries across central, north, south, east and west London and the M25 area. A direction or borough name is useful context, but it does not show the route into your property. The full postcode and practical access details are more useful when arranging the actual work.

If the project involves two addresses, as with a removal, provide both. If a development has several entrances, identify the one to use. Large estates and commercial buildings can have a postal address different from the loading entrance, so mention that distinction before the appointment is planned.

Borough boundaries orient the enquiry; they do not confirm an appointment. London and M25 enquiries are checked by full postcode. The M25 extends beyond this Greater London map.

Select a borough on the map or in the list, then call with the postcode and access details.

Flats and shared buildings

The floor number is only part of the route.

Tell us whether the lift is working, whether it can be used for equipment and whether a booking is required. Include stairs, narrow corridors, basement entrances and long routes through a building. A photograph of the entrance can be helpful when it is not obvious from the street.

Speak to the concierge or managing agent about entry rules and work windows. Agree who will provide access and remain reachable. Shared doors should not be left open without permission, and communal routes must remain usable. These arrangements belong with the authorised building contact rather than an assumption made by visiting staff.

Parking and loading

Plan the arrival as carefully as the clean.

Explain any controlled parking, loading bays or restrictions you already know about. Discuss who is responsible for checking permissions and whether a permit or booking is needed. A space visible outside the window is not necessarily available for a service vehicle at the required time.

Where the vehicle cannot stand close to the entrance, mention the carrying distance. This is particularly important for waste collection and removals, but equipment access also matters for cleaning. Final arrangements and any associated charges should be confirmed with the quote.

Match the access to the task

Different services need different site information.

For cleaning after renovation, explain whether trades have finished, utilities are available and rooms can be reached. For glazing, show external obstacles and height. For exterior work, include the water supply, drainage and any shared outdoor area.

An office cleaning enquiry should include operating hours, security procedures and the authorised premises contact. Coverage alone cannot establish a safe access method or a specialist capability. The service description and property conditions must be considered together.

Check the particulars

Call with the postcode, not only the neighbourhood.

Call 020 3404 5120 with the address, service required and preferred timing. Recent photographs can explain unusual access more quickly than a long description. Availability is confirmed directly for the work requested; urgent appointments are not guaranteed by a broad London service-area statement.

Read the pricing guide before comparing a starting rate with a complete quote. The contact page provides the published business details and a short list of information to have ready.

Questions about the visit

Does a London postcode guarantee availability?

No. The service, date and practical access must also be confirmed. Provide the full address and describe the work before relying on an appointment.

Can you work in a building with a concierge?

Discuss the building’s permissions, sign-in rules and access contact in advance. A concierge arrangement is not automatic authorisation for cleaning or loading.
